Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your download, email us at help@cordlessrevival.biz within 30 days of buying it and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Include your name, your order number (it's on your receipt email) and the product. Please don't send card details.

How you get your money back

We refund the full price to the card you paid with. Payments go through our Payhip checkout and are processed by Stripe, so the refund usually shows on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.

Bought it twice, or can't download it?

Email us and we'll fix it with a refund or a new download link.

Your rights

This guarantee is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here takes those rights away.
